Jessica has been a successful music agent and concert promoter in Australia for over fifteen years. She has operated her own booking agency Village Sounds for many years, currently representing
Powderfinger, Bernard Fanning
and The Vines and co-promoting international tours in Australia with
her business partner Paul Piticco for the Bloc Party, Supergrass, The
Doves and others.
Jessica was the co-founder of Sydney's Homebake festival, now in its twelfth year, the first major music festival to provide purely Australian and New Zealand content. She is also the major shareholder and co-founder of winter music and arts festival Splendour In the Grass, one of Byron Bay’s premier cultural events.
Jessica relocated her home and business to Byron Bay in 2002.

Brandon holds an economics degree and a law degree, but has never practiced either profession. Passionate about music, art and popular culture, Brandon is a director of Mixed Industry: Media + Events. With a long history in event production, his credits include the Byron Bay Arts and Music
Festival,
the Cockatoo Island Festival, Shore Thing [Bondi Beach] and The Great Escape.Brandon is also the Executive Producer of the international media-arts festival NOISE which has now been replicated in Canada, the United Kingdom and Singapore.
He is also a founding supporter and Vice President of Sydney’s largest community radio Broadcaster FBI [Free Broadcast Incorporated] whose purpose is to promote new Australian music and Sydney’s cultural community.
Brandon has been living in and around Byron, on and off, for almost twenty years.
Since their inception in 1990, Paul Piticco has managed the career of Brisbane band Powderfinger. Forming Secret Service Artist Management in the late 1990s, Paul continues to manage careers of artists and
bands – currently monitoring the solo career of
Powderfinger frontman Bernard Fanning and The Grates.In addition to artist management, Paul is Director of Dew Process Recordings, a label he created in 2001. Dew Process has a stable of successful Australian artists - The Grates, Sarah Blasko, Expatriate, The Panics and Bernard Fanning - in addition to releasing the music of international artists for distribution in Australia and New Zealand.
Paul is also involved in the live music arena through the annual arts and music festival, Splendour in the Grass and tour promotion business Secret Sounds with business partner Jessica Ducrou of Village Sounds.
Paul was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Queensland Performing Arts Centre in 2006.
He lives near beautiful Mount Warning on a property he and his partner purchased in 2003.

Rob has been active in community, environmental and planning matters in Byron Shire for twenty-five years. Rob is a long term shire resident and was a Byron Shire Councillor for a four year term.
Rob has been involved in the planning process for arts and music festivals for the past decade.
With his family, his interests include ecological restoration, together with growing certified organic tropical fruits. Rob is not very good at fishing but continues to try.
